German History 1945 to 1990: From Occupation to Unification

In this module you will learn about Germany’s history from the end of the Second World War to the unification of the two Germanys in 1990. The main focus will be the political development in the two German states and their roles within their respective military alliances.

We will study some primary sources such as international treaties, political speeches and diplomatic correspondence.
