Module description

In this module we introduce you to key concepts of citizenship, community and community leadership in the context of urban regeneration policies in Britain today.

You will look at the development of civil society and the emergence of new forms of governance and community participation, with particular reference to London. You will explore ways in which local communities can take leadership roles in these development processes.
